​Dogs, morning tea and a whole lot of joy!

The Planet K9 SupPAWt Squad is our wonderful pet therapy team, bringing dogs and people together for regular morning teas with residents from Wintringham Aged Care.

Our team of dogs and their humans love entertaining the residents, showing off their skills, making friends and sharing plenty of pats, laughs and conversation over morning tea. Every dog brings their own personality to the team — from the enthusiastic entertainers to those who are happiest simply sitting beside someone and enjoying a cuddle.

SupPAWt Squad is about much more than showing what our dogs can do. It’s about the connections they create. Dogs have an incredible way of bringing people together, sparking conversations, sharing memories and creating moments of genuine happiness.

For our Planet K9 dogs and their people, it’s also a wonderful opportunity to take the skills and partnership they’ve developed through training and use them to bring a little more joy into someone else’s day.

We are very grateful to Spotswood-Kingsville RSL for providing the wonderful venue where our SupPAWt Squad morning teas come to life.
