We run group classes in Spotswood, as well as private and group classes in Werribee. Our classes are available on both weekdays and weekends to fit your schedule.

Spotswood Venue. The following 5 week group courses are held in Spotswood on Sundays. Click on the course for all the details.
Werribee Venue. Train in comfort at our fully fenced, undercover space, complete with a heater to keep things toasty on cold winter days—and warm drinks to keep you cosy while you train. This private setting is perfect for focused, one-on-one sessions—rain, hail or shine. With a park just across the road, it’s also great for real-world training practice. All of our courses are available as 1:1 private sessions at Werribee on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. Courses consist of 3 X 1 hour private training sessions. The whole household is welcome to attend.
