Choosing your course is simple. Just browse through the brief descriptions below. Click on the courses you are interested in to see more detailed information and  book your start date. Once you enrol will join that class group at the same time for 5 consecutive weeks. Classes are not held on long weekends. Group classes are held in Spotswood, Melbourne.

If you prefer 1:1 lessons rather than group classes please choose the Private session option. 

 

We do understand that life events can get in the way of attending all classes so make up sessions are available at no extra cost. Classes are held on weekdays and weekends.
